I had posted this ride as a member of SRCC (Santa Rosa Cycling Club) as well, so it's a joint PWCC/SRCC ride. Because of that, advance sign ups will be required for both PWCC and SRCC members since one club's accident insurance will not cover the other club's members, and vice versa. PWCC and SRCC have some joint members, so in case of an accident, it needs to be clear which club’s insurance will apply and this is how each club has handled this in the past.

If you are a PWCC member only, please sign up with me by sending an email to me at mailto:sarmientomike@gmail.com or call/text me at (415) 307-4871 and I will list you as a PWCC participant. You will also need to print and sign the SRCC waiver form (copy also attached) and provide the completed form to me at the beginning of the ride (you can only use the SRCC waiver form once - any other SRCC rides you will need to join as a SRCC member, similar to PWCC's non-member, one ride policy).
