I'll add to the praise for Meghan here. I was at Mike's last week looking at gravel bikes, and she gave me some very useful pre-sales support on a technical question, going out of her way to research it in the middle of her normal duties. It was only after the business was done that we realized we knew each other from a different shop several years ago. It's great to have Meghan back in California, and working at our local shop.
