Some of you know that I'm moving from Santa Cruz to be closer to my daughter and I'd like your help in finding my next spot. I'd like to move in April, but I am flexible if I can't find the right situation.

Ideally, I would be 30 minutes away from the San Geronimo area. Petaluma, San Anselmo and Fairfax are areas that I'm focusing on.

A 1 bedroom or a room in a house that's $1300 or less, unfurnished, with kitchen access is what I'm looking for.
